She is a previous managing director of Taylors of Martley plc and the finance director of GA Property Services formerly Banks & Silvers. Celia now operates as a turnaround director, in the public and private sectors, stepping in to bring new life and direction to organisations.
Her track record in mergers and acquisitions in the private and public sectors includes change management in blue-chip companies. She has supported major hospitals with deficits and in motivation of people.
Celia, is a director of the trading company of St Richard’s Hospice, Family Mediation and a member of the Audit Committee of Worcester University.
